The organization offers registration including accommodation in Parador El Saler, where the Conference venue is located, or Devesa Gardens Camping & Resort, which is 10’ walking from the Conference venue.

Presenting authors are required to register for the conference by the early registration deadline.

Each participant will indicate the name of the other participant to share the room in the registration form.

Both participants will need to be registered in the Conference with the same fare.

Extra nights

You can book extra nights for the 27th (check in) and 31st May (to check out the 1st June). Please note that the room type must be the same than the one included in your registration.

Accommodation to share with non-attendants

You need to select the registration type for single room and add an upgrade in the menu "Other services" of the registration page.

Students

Are asked to provide a certificate from their institution or a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full-time student. Please upload your certificate/confirmation letter as a PDF document in “My documents” tab on the attendee portal.
